1st edition 1934. Reprinted 1940, 1948, 1966, 1974, and 1990. The text is based on the following sources: The stenographic reconstruction by the official (unnamed) stenographer. An early hektographic copy of the original stenographic reconstruction with hand-written improvements from the notes of one of the participants, and copies of the first edition with hand-written corrections made from the notes of the original participants. In general is is not always possible to distinguish, between editorial changes made to the first edition and editorial changes indicated in the corrections, which is closer to the original.
