1st edition 1948 under a different title. 2nd revised and expanded edition 1972. 3rd edition with additional drawings, 1991. First published as a series in a periodical from 1929-1931. Stenographer uncertain, likely Karl Lehofer. The 1972 edition was compared against the initial manuscript and a number of typos and omissions were corrected. A smaller number were fixed in the 1991 edition based on additional listener notes.
