1st edition 1999. Portions of the text previously published 1919, 1920, 1928, 1940, and 1957 in different formats (pamphlets, sections of books, and in periodicals). Stenographically recorded for the most part by Hedda Hummel, one lecture by Walter Vegelahn, one by George Klenk, and one by an unknown stenographer. For only one of Hedda Hummel's lectures is the original stenogram still extant. Otherwise the text is based on the stenographer's initial reconstructions.
