1st edition in this arrangement, 1968. 2nd revised edition 1988. The contents of this volume were previously divided among four separate books published between 1950 and 1952. Professionally stenographically recorded by Helene Finckh, the text of the pre-1988 versions were based on her initial typed reconstruction. For the 1988 edition the entire text was reconstructed fresh from the original stenogram.
